The Advanced Messaging Platform is a highly developed supplement to the Unwire Gateway, and handles the company’s outgoing and incoming text messages based on a flexible set of business rules. The solution supports a variety of scenarios and allows users to receive individualised messages or confirm critical operations via SMS.
Through the use of session short codes and complete number series with telecom operators, it is possible to support automatic routing of SMS messages, thus achieving a close and prolonged dialogue with the end user through the mobile phone.
