Unwire Interactive Messaging Platform is an online tool that allows launching of SMS-based mobile services in minutes and ensures effective communication with users through incoming and outgoing messages.
Messages from users are stored in the system inbox, and can thus be used for direct collection of votes, user-generated content or other relevant information sent from the users’ mobile phones. Additionally, the system allows setting up surveys and contests with participation via SMS or mobile web, overview of voting results and automatic drawing of winners.
Finally, the system supports subscription based services where users can sign up for one or more supscriptions, depending on interest. Through the administration interface, it is possible to easily monitor user subscriptions and send relevant text messages to subscribers.
