With the Unwire mobile postage solution customers are empowered to buy virtual stamps through their mobile phone in a simple and easy way. As an alternative to traditional physical stamps, consumers and business customers are now offered the opportunity to buy postage through the mobile phone.

The customer simply orders and pays through the phone and a unique 9 digit code constitutes valid postage. The code then has to be written in the top right hand corner of the envelope before it is mailed. The uniqueness of each postage code can be instantly validated by the postal system, initiated manually or through optical scanning.

This solution supports a variety of interaction channels, including apps, SMS and mobile web, to meet the different types of customer behavior and their expectations. Furthermore, the system offers multiple payment methods such as: credit cards, premium SMS, invoice or wallet to charge the customer.
